By registering with Enzed Live you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as outlined below.

Changes to Enzed Live

We (Enzed Live Inc.) reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete any portions of these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion.

Eligibility/Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to join this site. By registering you warrant that you are at least 13 years old at the time of joining, and that you have the capacity to understand and comply with these Terms of Service. You agree that the information you provide us is accurate and true, and that you will hold responsibility for all activities occuring under your account name.

Member Conduct

Enzed Live is a free social networking site designed especially for kiwis. You may not use this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; any such occurence with result in a ban from this network. You are responsible for any information/graphics/text and any other content that you post on this site. Do not spam or post obscene, explicit, hateful, indecent, racially or otherwise objectionable content/images; non compliance may result in your membership being banned.

SPAM

We define SPAM as unsolicited electronic mesages sent to mutiple individuals, often of a commercial nature, and much to the annoyance of the recipients. If we come across these types of messages we will not hesitate to suspend or ban your account, with or without notification. We understand that people have websites or businesses that they wish to promote, and mass commenting does seem the easiest way to do this, however there are other ways in which your objective can be achieved without the need for SPAM.

Some examples include creating a separate profile for your business and including all necessary information about it there. Now start inviting people to add you as their friend! The one's who accept will most likely be those interested in your services - a simple way to effectively promote your business without having to spam those with messages they do not want.

Alternatively, you could create a group on Enzed Live for your website or business and promote it that way. This is another great way to draw in potential customers in a non-obtrusive manner.

Profile

We here at Enzed Live warmly welcome and encourage creative expression, and therefore give you the right to edit and customize your page in whatever way you see fit. However, we must ask that you do not remove any adverts or promotional links on your profile; this is against our TOS because the advertisements are what keep this service free.

Links

You agree not to post any links which refer to explicit, hateful, indecent, or otherwise objectionable content. You also agree not to promote sites with similar content or concepts to Enzed Live, or those created on the same platform (with the exception of premium sites). Failure to comply with these terms will result in the removal of the offending link/page, with or without notice. Repeat offences of this type of behaviour may lead to the removal of your account.

Copyright Policy

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way or form copyright material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without the inclusion of due credit to the copyright owner, with the exception of content acquired from a freely available source, or that which you have obtained written consent for.
