This Privacy Policy outlines Enzed Live's use of your personal data. We define personal data as any data which directly determines your identity or the identity of any individual. By registering with Enzed Live you (1) agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this policy and (2) give "us" Enzed Live Inc. and the platform we run on, Ning Inc. permission to collect and process the personal data which you provide us (name, age, email, ip address etc..). Without the collection of this information, we would not be able to register you as a member. We agree not to share or use this information for any purposes other than to provide you with, or improve, the services which we offer you as a member. 

Enzed Live does not intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

Content

With the exception of Registration Data (your name, email, date of birth, gender) all other information you provide is voluntary. Please note that any information or content you post on Enzed Live is easily accessable by members and visitors of the site, as thus we advise you to be cautious about what kind of personal data you choose to disclose with others.

Enzed Live does not control that disclosure, nor is it liable in any way for the use or misuse of the information you provide in the disclosure.

Notifications

We will send you administrative messages, and email updates regarding your account (such as friend requests, mail notifications, group invites, etc..). If you do not wish to receive these notifications please opt out by changing your Privacy Settings.

Revisions to this Policy

Enzed Live reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any part of this Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Therefore we advise that you review our policies regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. Unless you have notified us of your objection, we will assume that you have agreed to the changes made.
